Realm streamlines a process often described as a giant, painful timesuck that all homeowners dread — otherwise known as “renovating your home.” But as with any new service that’s never existed before, the challenge is unpacking what Realm actually, you know, does. 

Which is why we created an organic Instagram strategy that’s not about chasing likes but building brand awareness through education and humor. With a mix of Reels, carousel and image posts, and engagement-boosting Stories, I helped Realm build credibility as a data-rich company led by friendly humans, while crystalizing the brand’s voice along the way. The result? An increase in website taps by 86+% and total followers by 8.1%.
